Common questions

Will pricing change after launch?
Founding-customer pricing locks in for the first twelve months. After that, any change comes with at least 60 days notice.
Do you charge for SMS segments?
Each tier includes an SMS allotment (1,000 / 5,000 / 20,000 segments per month — a segment is 160 characters). Heavy senders can add an overage bundle. IVR minutes pass through at carrier cost.
Can I bring my own Stripe account?
Yes — YAPS uses Stripe Connect. Money settles directly into the operator-controlled Stripe account; YAPS never holds your funds.
What about migration from another tool?
We help import customers, recurring routes, and historical chemistry from CSV exports. Talk to us in the waitlist conversation if you have a specific source tool in mind.
